The place, the staff, the food, the location. This is our 6th or 7th stay at Harris Malang. And we still love this hotel. Harris Malang never failed us :))

Nice hotel. Value for money.

The room was large compared with the other hotel in this particular chain. The location was perfect for my need.

There's renovation going when I was there, so it's a little noisy.

Great staff, great rooms, great food!

The staff were exceedingly kind, cheerful, and well-mannered. Though some members of staff spoke little or no English, they were still always polite and made sure to fetch someone more fluent in English to assist us during our stay. Notices from management left in the rooms always included English translations, the rooms were big, bright, and clean, with great views of the pools and the mountains in the distance. The food was amazing, especially the breakfast buffet - I can't recommend it enough!

The rooms were very clean, but I did find a few tiny bugs crawling around the bathroom counter, coming from a hole near the sink.

Very enjoyable, a great place to spend time or head out on adventures

As always the staff were super friendly and helpful, the food is great, and it's close to the city. We accidentally left something in our room but after calling them they said they'd hold on to it until we can get back there to collect it.

There were little things off about the room compared to other times I have stayed there: the bathroom seemed darker (maybe to do with the light placement), the hairdryer only worked for a minute or two until it cut itself off, the towel rail was wobbling out of the wall

It is close to the freeway gate.

It is close to the freeway gate. The staff was so helpful and polite. The swimming pool was fantastic for the kids.

Tiles in shower room was moldy and not properly clean. The door was dusty. I found some dirt in the toilet.

Rooms, public facility, food, staff are exceptional.

Dimsum at Harris cafe only 3 option (2 bun, 1 chicken fingers). It will be great if give more choice of dimsum like a choice of dumplings.

Very nice hotel with great pools and services

The room (clean, facilities, additional sofa at the room make it more comfortable), the pools, nice and various menu of breakfast, solitude location, staff were very helpfull and demonstrate quick response

When reserve interconnecting room, it can't be guaranteed until check in time (although the reservations could not be cancelled until d-3 before check in time and payment has guaranteed by the credit card). Hotel tariff in peak season very hiccups from normal time

Located inside one of the elite and green housing complex in Malang, the location are great. They also provide a shuttle car if you want to go to the main road. They have a restaurant area with a pool view. They provided a big slide on a kids section of pool .

I was stayed two nights in Villa.

I was stayed two nights in Villa. I had stayed before in hotel but Villa was more convenient for my family with 5 members. I would send my gratitude to Pak Akbar from the front office team who had helped me during my check in process and Pak Andi from housekeeping team who had provided us with clean and tidy room. Will surely come back again in a next ocassion.

Great Pool and Friendly Staff

The pool, my kids loveee the big slide. The environment of the hotel is so relaxing, the hotel location surrounded by trees. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Has a hiq sofa so no need to request for an extra bed

Ants in the room, tips, make sure you put your foods or snacks put in sealed containers. The doubled (more) price on high season.

Good swimming pool especially for kids

My wife requested an iron from the operator, and informed to wait the housekeeping deliver the requested iron. They never come. Later after asked on the next day, the reception guy told that the hotel don’t have iron units/facilities. They should let us informed that there’s no iron facilities from the first timey wife asked. Disappointed with the late information.

The reception staff were polite & helpful

- wedding party singing loud karaoke that could be heard through hotel until 4:30am, got little sleep. Kids started running & screaming at 6am - food quality poor compared to high price - room maintenance & facilities worn compared to high price As a result of getting hardly any sleep decided to head elsewhere after staying 1 night , despite having paid for 3. A month after checking out hotel still hasn’t processed the agreed Rp4,000,000 refund to our credit card

the breakfast is nice, swimming pool also very nice, the staff also very helpfull, its so easy to check in and check out. its a nice hotel.

Hotel located on outscirts of Malang. We stayed in semi detached apartments building. Modern design. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Nice private jacuzzi on the back side of house. Huge variety of dishes on breakfast. Our kid enjoyed swimming pools in main building area a lot.
